Have you ever noticed how often the Bible talks about joy and delight? For example, in Psalm 16:11 David writes that eternal pleasures await us at God’s right hand. If we believe this to be true (and it is!), why do we so often try to stuff ourselves full of lesser things that leave us empty? This weekend we plan to focus on the joy that is ours in God. Not only will you have the chance to laugh a lot and build deeper friendships, you will also get to worship through music and hear great teaching from the Bible about the delights available to us in God. (Plus, the zip line is waiting!) Come join us this weekend as we pull away from the routine to find more joy in our Savior and Maker, Jesus Christ.
